Interesting Session.. An informative session to attend, however, it mainly focuses on the assumption that you are the person subject to bullying, and it is very informative indeed if that was the case. But if the bullying is practiced by managers in other departments, head of the company, or different segments of the business, it offers minimal information on how to tackle that problem from an organizational point of view rather than personal one. That being said, I would recommend everyone to attend this session as it would give them good tips on how to advice those subject to bullying on how to deal \ solve \ report the incident(s).

Great tool for getting people on the same page!. This was a needed refresher for me and brought an issue we have here to mind that I can apply it to. Excellent! Loved the 7:00 am start time - great way to start the day and also get it over with before the phones start ringing. :-)

Right on the Mark. Wally's webinar was right on the mark. Businesses can be transformed when the culture shifts to one of understanding that in most cases it is the system not the person causing the mistakes. It is very difficult to have accountability if the systems are not clear and not working. I am inspired to continue implementing this into my businesses.

Session through simple example. The session connected to aramex appraisal system and enhanced my knowledge to live with the feedback by getting and giving which helps to process movement for better results.
